MALVERN - MODA DENTAL CLINIC

This Malvern project involved the transformation of a 1920s heritage dwelling into a fully functional, modern dental clinic, carefully balancing the character of the existing structure with the demands of a contemporary healthcare environment. The design accommodated five treatment rooms, a dedicated X-ray suite, and a welcoming reception area on the ground floor, while the upper level was reconfigured to provide a staff kitchen and collaborative workspace. A key focus of the project was navigating the change of use requirements and integrating compliant medical fit-out standards within the constraints of the original building fabric. The result is a refined, purpose-built clinic that respects its residential origins while delivering a highly efficient and professional healthcare setting.
