This Heidelberg project focused on increasing housing density through the addition of a contemporary two-storey, four-bedroom dwelling to a site with an existing residence. The design carefully balances functionality and street presence, featuring a robust material palette with Chillingham White brickwork to the ground floor and contrasting Colorbond standing seam cladding to the upper level. Internally, the home has been planned to deliver practical, modern living across two levels, while achieving a strong connection to outdoor spaces. Designed in line with current sustainability standards, the dwelling achieves a 7-star energy rating, ensuring improved thermal performance, comfort, and long-term efficiency for future occupants.
